Computers. You've got to have them. Computers are the pencils of this century. But they cost and the complexity and the maintenance are a constant issue for owner operators, particularly. Not many owner operated businesses can afford to have a person on staff that can look after the computer system every day. So when something has to be fixed, an external consultant has to be brought in. These people are not always available when you want them. Sometimes your business almost stops while you wait. Fortunately, there is a better way now available.
